• Your USLA Discount Code is your USLA member number, followed by the YEAR (10 for 2010, 11 for 2011, etc) and the letter A or B depending on 1st or 2nd pair
• For example, if your USLA Member number is 12345, your discount code for 2010 is:
  • First Pair: 1234510A
  • 2nd Pair:  1234510B
• NOTE: If your USLA number does not give you the discount, send your name and member number to sales@dafin.com and we will give you an alternate code number to use
