Returns

You can start a return here.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a return, returned item must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items showing sing of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible for a refund. Discounted and promotional items are not eligible for return.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, DaFiN reserves the right to refuse the return.

Refund

When the Return Shipping Label is scanned by the carrier indicating the return is in the possession of the carrier, we will issue a refund to you of the purchase price, including any tax paid, less the cost of the return shipping. Shipping charges for the original order are nonrefundable. The refund will be made to your credit card or PayPal account depending on your original payment method. You will be notified when the Refund is made. 

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the Return/Refund instructions above, then place a new order for the item you would like.
