Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Discounted and promotional items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email sales@dafin.com with your original order number and the reason you wish to make a return. We will send instructions, including a Return Shipping Label, to the email address associated with your order.

Refund

When the Return Shipping Label is scanned by the carrier indicating the return is in the possession of the carrier, we will issue a refund to you of the purchase price, including any tax paid, less the cost of the return shipping. Shipping charges for the original order are nonrefundable. The refund will be made to your credit card or PayPal account depending on your original payment method. You will be notified when the Refund is made. 

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the Return/Refund instructions above, then place a new order for the item you would like.
