Shipping policy
Shipping Terms and Conditions
We are based in Hawaii but our online orders are filled from California. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. When your order ships, you will receive a ship notice with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
DaFiN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
Carriers and Estimated Shipping Time
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Shipping times are estimated by USPS and FedEx and are subject to their policies. Visit usps.com or fedex.com for more information.
Estimated shipping time begins when your order is picked up at the warehouse by the carrier, not when you place the order. Transit time for both USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground is 1 - 2 business days for the West Coast and 3 - 5 business days for the East Coast, depending on your ZIP Code. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
If you want to ship to a PO Box, you must select USPS Priority Mail. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.
Hawaii Orders
Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time begins when your order is picked up at the warehouse by USPS. Transit time 3 - 4 business days for Oahu and 4 - 7 business days for neighbor islands.
International Orders
International shipping is available to over 180 countries via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated shipping time begins when your order is picked up at the warehouse by the carrier. When your order ships, you will receive a ship notice with tracking information. Transit time for international shipments varies between countries but is usually 10 - 14 business days. Packages that must be processed through Customs to enter your country may take extra time. Import duties, fees, and taxes charged by Customs are your responsibility. We are not responsible for your order once it enters your country's customs system. Final delivery to your address is the responsibility of your local Postal Service.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders. All international sales are final.
